Laser cutting

Precise cutting of sheet steel from 1 mm up to 25 mm, and of tube steel in a range of shapes and sizes. Upload a DXF and get an instant price.

Press brake bending

Folding cut parts into brackets, channels, enclosures and other formed shapes.

Welding

Joining parts into frames, fabrications and assemblies, from a simple bracket to a fully welded unit.

Powder coating

A tough, even finish in the colour you choose, applied to your finished parts so they leave ready to use.

Joinery & CNC

Beam saw panel cutting, CNC machining of MDF and sheet board, pocketing and multi boring, for cabinets, shopfitting and furniture.

Bigger or more complex jobs

Cutting a part from a drawing is quick to price. Prototypes, multi-part assemblies, custom fabrication and anything that needs design work are different, because they need a proper plan before we can promise a price or a date.

For those jobs we need engineering time to review the design, tolerances, materials and how it will be made, and a realistic timeframe to do it well. We'd rather scope it properly with you than guess.
